Case Studies

Building a legacy home isn’t just about floor plans and paint colors; it’s about creating a foundation for family memories and security for your most treasured humans. Read about two of our recent home build projects.

Balancing The Highs And Lows In A Space That Feels Like Home

We had two special requests for this American Fork Luxury Hawkstone Home: a piano hall for their mother, an accomplished musician, and a caretaking space for their daughter, who is nonverbal and autistic. By integrating the melody of family care taking and the harmony of music in a custom build, our client enjoys the rhythm of life, balancing the highs and lows in a space that feels like home, shaped through both challenge and incredible vision.

This Parade of Homes Challenges Expectations

Every Parade of Homes project sets expectations for guests—people walk through and assume the home’s style, layout, and design are what this developer builds. If it’s a farmhouse home, people assume all the projects they build are all farmhouse. If the showpiece is colonial, then all their homes are colonial. We set out to challenge that assumption, not only that Hawkstone Homes aren’t all the same style, but also that more than one style can permeate a project.

What Others Miss. What We Build.

Built Beyond Code

Most builders stop at code—we build beyond it. For walls over 10 feet, we use VersaStud systems for strength and stability. Beneath your floors, Advantech subflooring resists moisture, warping, and wear. These are the details you don’t see—but you’ll come to appreciate as you live in your Hawkstone Home.

Precision Planning

Great design isn’t just visual—it’s integrated. In a custom project like the silo staircase we built, every phase required precision: foundation, framing, and fabrication all had to align. If even one detail is off, the entire experience falls short. When it’s done right, it feels effortless.

Defined by Detail

Not everyone recognizes the Hawkstone difference—but the right clients do. Through close collaboration with designers like Allison Campbell, every detail—from materials to finishes—is considered and aligned. Nothing is accidental. Each decision contributes to a home that feels complete, intentional, and unmistakably refined.
